We request that you schedule an appointment, when possible, for notary services.
Same day may be available, and after hours require a 2-hour notice.

As avid animal lovers, our team strives to help wherever possible.
Every year, a portion of Elm Rose Company profits are donated to non-profit 501c3 organizations supporting animals.
Veterans and Educational Instructors receive free public notary services.
(up to $10 in value).
Throughout the year, Elm Rose Notary partakes in community events offering special bundles and discount services to meet the needs of the community.

Prior to scheduling your appointment, please seek legal advice regarding documentation/ form questions.
Proof of identification is required for all signers at the time of appointment.
Payment in full is due at time of service.
No refunds of monies paid for cancellations after notary arrival.
Licensing and Certifications
Knowledgeable staff is the backbone to Elm Rose Notary. All team members licenses and/ or certifications are current and up-to date at all times. All team members must complete and pass a yearly background check in addition to mandatory licensing, certifications and continued education companywide.
